I'm Nadiya Maksyuta, founder of Ca Teva Properties. More than nine years ago I chose Mallorca as my home, and I've built my career here ever since, in real estate and in managing high-quality holiday rentals.
After years of experience working with international buyers, owners and investors, I decided to build an agency on three core values: trust, transparency and personalised attention.
Ca Teva means Your Home in Mallorcan, and that philosophy guides every decision we make. My goal is to help each client find not just a property, but a place where they truly feel at home.
