“SA TEULADA”: charming rustic finca with pool for 4 in Santa Margalida

NOTES:- The owner treats guests to an ensaimada (Mallorca's most typical pastry), a bottle of wine and a selection of drinks (juice, milk, beer).- Free firewood is available for the barbecue. - Pets are allowed on request.- Celebrations are allowed on request.- There is parking on site.- Household linen must be used responsibly. If a piece is lost or left in poor condition, €20 per affected item will be deducted from the deposit.- On departure, the property must be left in an acceptably clean state with the dishes washed. If the property is left in a state requiring extra cleaning, the cost of this will be deducted from the deposit, starting from €100.- Leaving rubbish inside or outside the property on departure is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a minimum deduction of €90 from the deposit (for 6 or more guests, an extra €15 per guest will be withheld, up to the total accommodated capacity). Where a recycling system is provided, sorting rubbish for recycling is mandatory.- Any breakages caused by guests (glassware, electronic devices, etc.) will be charged to them, with the amount withheld from the deposit; if the deposit is insufficient to cover the damage, the guest will be charged the remaining amount needed to cover it.
